About Me
Hi, I’m Tash - and I help people gently release the beliefs, patterns and emotional blocks that keep them feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves.

If you’re caught in self-doubt, fear, overthinking or repeating the same cycles despite your best efforts, you’re not alone. I’ve walked the path of healing myself, so I truly understand how layered and tender this journey can feel.
It’s one of the reasons I do this work - because I know change is possible not just in theory but in lived experience.

Why RTT®
I’ve trained in (and personally explored) many healing and personal development modalities, from the mind-based to the spiritual and energetic. What drew me to RTT® was its ability to integrate it all. Clarity, insight, subconscious rewiring and deep emotional release in a way that creates meaningful, lasting transformation.

RTT® works at the subconscious level, where fears, habits, beliefs and protective patterns are stored. This allows us to go beyond coping mechanisms and shift what’s truly underneath.

My Philosophy
I don’t “fix” you - because you’re not broken.
I don’t do the transformation for you - because you have the power to do it yourself.

I am here to be your guide, cheerleader and ally on this journey.
I give you the tools, insights and subconscious access - but you are the one who activates the change.

Together, we awaken the part of you that already knows how to heal, shift and rise. My job is simply to help you bring that power back to life again.
The power of our thoughts!
Our thoughts are the architects of our reality, shaping not only how we perceive the world but also how we experience it. Every belief, whether empowering or limiting, begins as a single thought that gains momentum through repetition. When we become conscious of this, we realize that changing our thoughts is not just a possibility but a responsibility - one that can transform our emotions, actions and ultimately, our lives. The mind does not distinguish between what is real and what is imagined; it simply responds to the story we tell it.
So, what story are you choosing to believe today?
